In pursuit of its vision and in line with its values Zizi Business Solutions aims to continuously improve its service offerings within the recruitment and selection industry.

Background

Zizi Business Solutions is a member of the Association of Personnel Service Organization of South Africa (APSO), and a member company of the Services Seta, is a 100% Black woman owned close corporation under the directorship of Mrs Zanele Malinga.

She has extensive experience in Business Administration processes and has worked as a Human Resource Practitioner until the launch of Zizi Business Solutions cc in April 2001.

In February 2006, Zizi Business Solutions received a Three Star Grading Quality Management System that proves that their Human Resources Management System is effective and has Investors in People Status.
