PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Create Interface between CEO’s office and its stakeholders. Preparation of strategic evaluations and business cases for the CEO as well as general support.

REPORTING TO: CEO/COO/CFO (MDs)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Developing and implementing of integrated operational plans:
• Effective planning, scheduling and coordinating of processes and services to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
• Timelines for action points and reporting are finalized and communicated with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversight to progress made on action plans in all reports i.e. Audit reports etc.
• Gather and disseminate business information:
• Update all internal and external business information relevant for the MDs.
• Consolidation and verification of all business information as required by different sources.
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ascertain delivery successes/ failures of implementation initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interface with Equity Partners towards seamless interchange of information.
• Interface with industry partners towards delivering.
• Operational Oversight has a cross-functional element within it i.e. involvement in the following projects:
• Evaluation of strategic matters and business cases for CEO
• ANNUAL REPORT – FINANCE (CFO)
• BUSINESS OPS (CLIENT SERV./ INFRASTRUCTURE), SHARED SERVICES

POST REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum BDegree preferably in Engineering / Finance / Communications / Public Relations / Marketing or any relevant NQF 6 equivalent qualification.
• MBA qualification will add an advantage but not essential.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• International exposure and consulting experience is desirable
• Experience in Business Analysis with strong business acumen and knowledge of business protocols.
• Ability to work independently, show initiative and demonstrate good judgment.
• Excellent administrative, planning & organizing and time management skills within a top management environment.
• Liaison expertise and high quality service orientation to external and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold professionalism and confidentiality.
• Be able to work unscheduled/ irregular hours on short notice
• Code 8 driver’s license is essential.
• Extra ordinary strength in Computer Packages (all MS Office packages) and Finance
